                            Far Throw



Today on the sports field, I  revisited  the  deep  flight  plate
grip.  I've tried it already two years ago, with good results.

It weren't many throws I made today, but one of them went  really
far.  Actually  it  was among the three farthest throws I've ever
achieved.

Such a simple throw this  time:  Standstill/one-step,  170g  Star
Eagle-X,  slight  anny, deep flight plate grip ... perfect S-line
... went over the fence on the far end of the sports field, about
5m  above ground at 100m distance and landed on the other side of
the pathway, that runs behind the fence. On level ground it would
have been a 105m or 110m (350'-360') throw.

There's a lot more potential for me  to  unlock  at  that  point.
(Most  likely  my  biggest  problem still is nose-up flights. The
deep flight plate grip seems to help in this respect (although  I
don't really understand why).)
